Perfume Factory Malaysia built its business through physical retail — with two outlets serving walk-in customers looking for personalized scents. The experience was strong in-store. But outside of it, the business stopped.
The Limitation
Customers could only purchase by visiting the store. There was no way to reorder favourite scents, customize fragrances remotely, or reach customers beyond physical locations. Growth was tied directly to foot traffic.
The Opportunity
The demand was already there. Returning customers. Interest in customization. A strong product experience. What was missing wasn't demand — it was access.

We developed a Shopify e-commerce store designed around how customers actually interact with the brand. Every page was built not just for browsing — but for repeat purchases.
